Poon Hill / Ghandruk trek 6 nights 7 days

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Upon arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, our tour/trekking leader will pick us up from the airport and make arrangement for the transfer to hotel. We can have a rest in the hotel and in the evening we will be joining for the welcome dinner where we will be tasting the authentic Nepalese food. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 02: Drive to Pokhara 950m–6 hrs journey.

The most well-known valley on the southern Himalayan slope is Pokhara. From the valley you can get the view of the magnification mountains like Annapurna, Fish Tail and the ranges. Three striking lakes—Phewa, Begnas, and Rupa—in its region hide the greatest of Himalayan charisma. Pokhara overnight stay.

Day 03: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul by car & trek to Tikhedhunga

After breakfast, you will depart for Nayapul (1070 meters). The ride to Nayapul takes about two hours. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek, as well as other beautiful treks in the Annapurna range, begin from Nayapul. As a result, there will almost certainly be a large number of trekkers in Nayapul. The hike from Nayapul to Tikhedhunga (1495 meters) takes 3-4 hours. As you walk from Nayapul, you will pass through villages such as Birethanti. Along the way, you will also cross some streams. Overnight at Tikhedhunga.

Day 04: Trek from trek from Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani

Today you will trek to Ghorepani, which has the largest rhododendron forest. Today’s hike will take about 6-7 hours. You will first arrive at Ulleri. The journey to Ulleri, on the other hand, is quite strenuous, as you will have to climb over 3000 stairs. Despite the difficulty, you will get your first glimpses of the region’s mountains up close. The journey becomes easier after Ulleri. There will be some minor ups and downs along the way. You will eventually arrive at Ghorepani for your overnight stay (2874 meters).

Day 5: Early morning walk 1 hour to the Poon Hill for sunrise views and back to the hotel and continue to Ghandruk via Tadapani

Early morning today is the day you will hike to Poon Hill to witness the breathtaking sunrise. Poon Hill is a lovely hill station. Sunrise views are spectacular as the sun rises over mountains such as Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, and Machhapuchhre, among others. The hike to Poon Hill from Ghorepani takes about an hour.

You will come down to Ghorepani for breakfast after viewing the sunrise. You’ll be hungry after the hike, so we will immediately grab our breakfast once we reach at hotel.. Then, we will depart for Tadapani, you will also pass through rhododendron forests. You will walk through temperate forests and encounter some downhills and uphills. After some hiking, you will arrive at Banthanti. This will also be where you will eat lunch. As you continue walking, you will come to another beautiful village called Tadapani (2630 meters).

You will pass through Tadapani on your way to Ghandruk. Tadapani will be reached after a 7-8 hour trek. It is the region’s largest Gurung village, and it also has a wonderful Gurung museum. Overnight at Ghandruk

Day 6: Trek from Ghandruk to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara

Ghandruk is a scenic village located in the Annapurna Conservation Area Project’s deep forests (ACAP). You can spend some time exploring this village in the morning. Ghandruk offers views of high mountains such as Gangapurna, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Mount Annapurna, and others. Ghandruk is also the headquarters of the Annapurna Mountain Conservation Area Project (ACAP) and the Gurung Museum.

You will trek downhill from Ghandruk to Syauli Bazar. You will walk alongside Modi Khola before reaching Nayapul from here. You will then take private cars to Pokhara. The ride from Nayapul to Pokhara takes one hour. Overnight at Pokhara.

Day 7: Fly back home.

Today signifies the conclusion of our absolutely amazing trip in the Annapurna region, which included scenic Ghandruk village, eye pleasing sunrise from Poon hill and high Himalayas.
Three hours prior to our departure time, a representative of the company will meet you from your hotel and transfer you to the airport.
